Crazy Beautiful Life
It has been a while since I have written a blog post. There are a lot of reasons I have not posted in a while, but mostly because (like everyone else) I am just busy... Busy with work, and appointments, and being a wife and mom. I look forward to school starting in a few days. School provides routine and a schedule, something which we have lacked for the summer, but it is sure nice to get back to! This year, around January, it came to my attention that our son was having difficulty with visual tracking (meaning his eyes did not move from side to side) which apparently is a fairly common condition that often comes along with having cerebral palsy. For the past months since then, we have traveled to Edmonton every two weeks for Vision Therapy, to correct this issue. We also had a lot of exercises that he had to do to at home to aid in correcting this problem. Sometimes we had to practice for up to an hour a day!
